Data is stored on our computers locally and through cloud-based storage on our cloud data providers, Google and Microsoft, who may have data centres located outside the EU and may process data outside the EU. Our data processors, such as MailChimp, who provides our emailing services, may also process data outside the EU. How do we secure personal data?
We will ensure that all personal data is held securely, in accordance to applicable privacy laws. Your personal data is stored on cloud servers and the data is private and accessible only by Walas Concept employees and their subcontractors. Data backups are performed by our cloud service providers, Google and Microsoft, to prevent loss. Data is also stored on our web servers, which are run by the hosting service we use, IXL Hosting.
How long do we keep your personal data for?
We will not retain your personal data longer than necessary. You may exercise your right to deletion where applicable.
In the case of data related to the receipt of email or newsletters, we will remove your personal data when it is impossible to deliver email to that email address.
