In January 2019, Earth Charter International hosted a The Earth Charter Conference on Education on EC and SDGs. Approximately 100 experts, educators, policy-makers and representatives of international governmental and non-governmental organizations gathered for the 3 day program. It was held in the beautiful Earth Charter International campus located at UPeace in Costa Rica. Participants from all over the world shared their insights on education and the Earth Charter, and how to best teach ethics to young generations of citizens and inspire them to take action for their future.
